Refunds and returns

Our products are food, so packs delivered in good condition cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong item: if a pack arrives damaged or leaking, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send an unboxing video (a video recorded while opening the parcel). Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 70125 73155 or email eaterymalabarikas@gmail.com with your order number. Once we have checked it, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellation: you can cancel an order yourself from your order page until we pack it. The link is in your confirmation email, or go to eateryfoods.in/track and enter your order number and mobile number. Once an order is packed but not yet dispatched, message us with your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Refunds: when a paid order is cancelled, the full amount is refunded automatically to your original payment method. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days.

Cash on delivery is not available.
