At Eatery Malabarikas LLP, we strive to ensure that you receive high-quality, fresh, and safe products every time you order. Since our products are perishable ready-to-eat food items, we follow a strict no-cancellation and limited refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We accept requests for refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- You receive an incorrect product that you did not order.
- The product is found to be damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns of items once they are delivered correctly and in good condition.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos, if applicable

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will arrange for alternate refund methods after verifying your details.
5. Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
